FOOD SAFETY, SANITATION AND HYGIENE
This course aimed at galley personnel, and provides training covering practical food safety, sanitation and hygiene, including prevention measures for food-borne diseases, cross contamination and food hygiene procedures.
After successful completion of this course, delegates will be able to:

MLC 2006, HACCP, USPH, Code of Safe Working Practices (COSWP) and BSM Procedures.
Written and practical exammination.
Course certificate upon successful completion.
