GALLEY RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
This course is aimed at all personnel involved in galley resource management, the course provides knowledge and proficiency in managing catering resources which are essential for tgalley management.
The key learning outcome is that attendees will be able to improve inventory control, increase efficiency in processing of requisitionsand galley management which will improve ship catering standards, safety, health, wellness and protection of the environment.
On sucessful completion of the course, delegates will be able to:
6 months experience as 2nd Cook or Chief Cook.
Galley, bakery, canteen and classroom.
Classroom instruction and practical training.
HACCP, USPH, COSWP and QDMS.
Written exam and practical site assessment.
Course certificate upon successful completion.
