
COMPETENCY ASSESSOR TRAINING COURSE
Target Audience | The BSM course is aimed at those personnel who have been identified to perform onboard assessments, the course develops knowledge and skills to enable the assessor to undertake all the responsibilities expected of assessors within their field of expertise, as per IMO Model course 1.30 - On-Board Assessment and to supervise and conduct the assessment of seafarer competence in accordance with the provisions of section A-I/6 of the STCW Code and TMSA 3 – Element 3. |
